Please note

• A minimum 2 nights' stay applies.
• No pets (for exceptions please enquire)
• The East Wing is  non-smoking
• Check in after 3 pm and before 6.00 pm unless by alternative arrangement
• Check out by 10 am unless by alternative arrangement
• Please can you give us an email with an approx arrival time as we are often out and about on farm or with guests and we can then ensure we are around to meet you and welcome you.

Deposits and cancellations

• Cancellation up to one month prior to your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• Cancellation up to 3 days prior to your booking – 20% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 24 hours  of your booking incurs a 100% forfeit of the total amount unless we can fill your booking.
